blue wintertime things.
I actually had a day where I could draw today, so I drew the character from a book I want to make. I only get it right about half the time, which is lame. The middle one in the second one is 100% wrong, for example. Too hot.
The first two are drawn in Alias Sketchbook and the last one was in Photoshop. For those who are interested in programs.

These are frickin' amazing Vera. Sooooo appealing!
I like. So which character you going for? I like the ones on top if I can say so. Something about school kids smoking... Its a sad sight for me... sigh...
Thanks, Shane! :D
Heeey Firas! Yeah, I like the top ones the most too, I think. Smoking is integral to the character. :)
These are greeeeat! That sitting pose up top is excelente!
ooh, I remember her. Such a little cutie... surley, but cute.
I really dont know what your talking about, i see nothing wrong with the middle one in the second one.
The top page is very nice......so is the middle......and the bottom.
hmmmm so many decisions to make these days.
I don't suppose there's any change of the book being Return to Sender?
Also I like the huge mouth one on the bottom page a lot for some reason.
*change=chance
These are great. Loving your work as always!
How's your other comic coming along, the one with the two circus dwarves and the gymnast?
You pantzpress gals make me want to start my own comic!!! I love this girly, shes definitely from england.
These are great; Vera! My faves are the top ones.
Your stuff is looking great Vera!
lovely sketches vera
LOOOOVELY ladies Vera! I am honored to be on your links. Consider yourself linked!
Update: I've decided I like it so much because it makes my brain want to guess what she's talking about. I can't imagine you could have drawn it without at least some idea. (Though that could be related to why you're the famous artist and I'm not.)
nice work VB!.
she looks like shes cold.
Nice! Just love the personality of this gal. Catholic school??
We'll add your blog to our links.
