On actual paper this time!

I think I've got the designs figured out now, and the Hitler thing seems to have abated. So that's good! I thumbnailed it out yesterday, too. I can't post that though.

I love that you've got a Thompson and Thomson thing going on with the upward and downward pointing mustaches. Tintin, but with added fatness! (and way better lines.) Hooray!

her expression in the top one, she seems like a real sweety.

The two midget doods are pretty awsome as well, I am glad his bro is helping him out with his lady.

All I can say is "Hooray!" Is this what you are working on for Flight four? I can't wait to see more.

Will "Coraline" be a major release? I am anxious to see your work in that.

Be well,

Jehu Campos

Yeeeeeesssss. A Verablog! Happy to see you've joined the dark side of blogger. Your work is beautiful and inspiring as usual. Can't wait for Flight 4 now (as well as Coraline!) I met a bunch of the folks from Laika while I was at Siggraph last month and I have a friend from school headed there soon. Is it as amazing as I've built it up to be in my head?

I love those two rolly poly characters, usually those types of mustached solid characters are so stoic, these really turn the stereotype on it's head, they are so full of life and movement! I love all the little antics you have them up to, I can imagine some great stories with them! Good luck, your work in general is excellent, I love your life drawings, you develop them really fast, your shading and lines are so refined at seven minutes! I am so glad I stumbled across you! Good luck with everything!
