pretty busy, my dudes.
Sorry it's pretty silent up in here. I'm aaaalmost done with my graphic novel (it is for First Second Books, which I don't think I've mentioned), just gotta color this sucker and then I get my life back. I have so many awesome paintings I'm going to do when I'm done! I get excited thinking about those. But for now here is a little painting I did for my buddy Graham's birthday. It's him playing hockey with his best bud Sassy.
And here is a spoiler-free sneaky peek of what my comic looks like. It's not full-color because I don't think I can color 217 pages and live to tell the tale. But I'm trying to make it look good anyway for you guys. Paintings again someday! Promise.

Wow, is that Smoking Schoolgirl from your old sketches?
Heh, good stuff! The 'enjoy your cigarettes' reminds me of me to my gf. I gave up but she's still at it. Good luck with that comic, it does look good!!
It would be pretty sweet if that was the smoking girl from one of your drawings on your art page.
